Use of tents and beach chairs: To rent tents and beach chairs, there is an additional cost of $20,000 COP. It is necessary to make a payment of 15,000 COPper person to cover the additional charge required by the building administration for the access handle to the site. Use of the BBQ incurs an additional cost of 120,000 COP, which covers cleaning after each reservation. This amount must be paid by bank transfer. If you wish to use it, please let us know in advance. We are here to help! Children under 7 years old are not allowed in the accommodation because of the common areas. In the reservation is included a daily cleaning service for the benefit of the guests, which is mandatory; with this we ensure that the place is always clean.On Sundays and holidays, the cleaning lady doesn't work, but if you need her, there's an additional charge. Two of the rooms are equipped with comfortable double beds and the third is equipped with a queen size bed.
