Stay in a 19th-century mansion in the heart of Bogotá, next to the Jorge Eliécer Gaitán Theater. This studio apartment features an industrial style, a double bed on a mezzanine, a fully equipped kitchen, hot water, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a Smart TV. Our studio apartments are spacious and airy, with high ceilings and comfortable bedding that will make you feel right at home. Each one has been carefully decorated to reflect the property’s rich history. This 15 m² apartment is interior and has no windows. The studio apartment offers high-speed Wi-Fi, a kitchen equipped with a two-burner electric stove, a dining and living area, a fold-out sofa, a closet, a private bathroom with hot water, a flat-screen Smart TV, and a double bed on the second level that provides privacy and comfort. It also features a hair dryer and an iron. The property is home to renowned restaurants such as Compañía Casa del Rey and Búfala Blanca, both of which are under separate management. In total, it includes five restaurants serving delicious cuisine from various culinary traditions (Mexican, Italian, Asian, and Mediterranean to choose from), a bar offering signature cocktails, and a traditional café. To access them, all you have to do is explore the various doors you’ll find along the building’s facade. We also have several lounge areas with background music, perfect for starting your day or relaxing with a glass of wine after a long day of exploring, as well as coworking spaces, a fitness center, and a self-service laundry facility. You're in downtown Bogotá, on Carrera 7 and next to the Jorge Eliécer Gaitán Theater, in a vibrant area rich in heritage, shopping, and restaurants, very close to the Santa Fe neighborhood. La Candelaria, the Gold Museum, Plaza de Bolívar, and Monserrate are all within walking distance.
